Today is November 21st and that means my Mr. Grayson is 5 months old! To mark another exciting month for him, I decided to cook a healthy meal. It went so well that even Emma ate some of it...without me having to bribe her!

It has already been 5 months since that early morning back in June when the doctors used all their powers (and by powers I mean Pitocin!) to convince him to make an appearance. But on the other hand, my little Frog can do so many things already that I forget he is still just a little guy. He can sit independently, roll over both ways, hold his own bottle, perform a series of crib-based acrobatics, and give mommy some serious baby kisses.

At 5 months old he is about 28 inches long and 18lbs, which is about the size of baby Emma at 8 months (and she was not a small girl!). I have always wanted to be one of those moms who is able to say "my son is 150th percentile for height (or weight)." But really it isn't that fun, I just get the same annoyed looks that I used to give those other moms. I am just happy he is a healthy little man who is learning so many things.
So here's to my happy little 5 month old Froggie, I can't wait to see what you do next.
